With some degree of confidence, I believe it was Walker/Tenneco.

The following post(s) helps confirm my earlier thoughts.

They are owned by tenneco which also owns Munroe. My brother works there (right next to the
    mitsubishi factory).

    and:

There's only Redback and Walker for ready made bolt on bits, Lukey mufflers need some cuttin' and weldin' I believe.
(All the same company anyway IIRC)

    and:

A chance conversation with a work colleague found out that in a previous life he was a mech engineer at Walker and worked on the VRX exhaust.

Unfortunately, with the demise of car manufacturing a few years ago in Adelaide, they have closed the factory:

My comments in post #3 apply to the rear muffler.

As far as the Ralliart headers/extractors go, they were made by HM Headers:

When Ralliart run the AWD Magnas in Aust Rally Championship they used HM headers. The short primary pipes only reduce low speed torque if the secondary pipes are short. HM have been around a long time and do custom exhaust work for the car makers. When Bathurst was for production cars HM did the headers for all the factory "specials" from Holden, Ford, Chrysler. Originally they were named Head Mod.

Here is an image(taken by someone else here @AMC - not me) of a set of genuine FWD Ralliart extractors with heat shields:

If interested, I have a FWD set of these extractors(without heatshields) and pipework(needs minor repair) available for sale.

    PM me if interested.
